Terms of Service

By using Arcanum (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Arcanum is an AI-powered tool for Magic: The Gathering deck analysis, tuning, and discovery. We're not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. All Magic: The Gathering trademarks, card names, and card images are property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card data and prices are sourced from Scryfall.

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Don't share accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service (spam, scraping, sharing credentials, automated traffic, payment fraud, harassment in public decks, etc.).

• Pro is offered as Monthly ($7), Annual ($29), or Lifetime ($39).
• Monthly and Annual do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. We charge once per term.
• Lifetime means as long as the Service operates. If we ever shut down, we'll refund Lifetime buyers within the prior 12 months on a pro-rated basis.
• Refunds: email support@arcanum.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days we evaluate case-by-case.

AI-generated analysis, swap suggestions, deck builds, and other outputs are educational suggestions, not gospel. They may be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. You're responsible for the decks you build and play. Don't rely on Arcanum for tournament legality — always verify with the official banlist for your format.

Arcanum participates in affiliate programs with TCGplayer, Card Kingdom, and Cardmarket. When you click a "Buy" button and complete a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence which cards we recommend — AI suggestions are generated solely from your deck context, not commission rates.

You retain ownership of decklists you submit. By marking a deck as "public", you grant Arcanum a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service, in the popular feed, in social share previews, and in search engine result snippets. You can unpublish or delete a deck at any time.

Don't submit content you don't have the right to share, hateful content, or anything that violates Wizards' Magic: The Gathering community standards.

• No automated scraping or bulk API access without permission.
• No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attacking the Service.
• No reselling Pro accounts or sharing them across multiple users.
• No using the Service to facilitate illegal gambling, fraud, or harassment.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that AI suggestions will improve your deck. We're not liable for tournament losses, missed prizes, broken combos, or hurt feelings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. If you've paid for an unused portion of a Monthly or Annual subscription when we close your account for a non-violation reason, we'll refund pro-rata.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless your local law overrides specific provisions.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and a notice on the homepage at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
